Description of Position

Full-time position in Taunton-based Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). Provide a range of administrative support to the PACT multi-disciplinary team serving adults with mental illness. Duties include organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the nonclinical operations of the program as well as receptionist activities, such as triaging calls and coordinating communication between the team and its clients.

Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist preferred. Must have a solid customer service orientation and be skilled in basic billing and computer operations.
