CCBC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Adult Community Clinical Services contract for Taunton/Attleboro and Fall River. We are now hiring for all educational levels!

The ACCS Program Provides:

  • Active engagement and assertive outreach to prevent homelessness;
  • Clinical coverage 24/7/365 days a year
  • Consistent assessment and treatment planning, risk assessment, crisis planning and prevention
  • Skill building and symptom management,
  • Behavioral and physical health monitoring and support
  • Addiction treatment support;
  • Peer support and recovery coaching, Family engagement;
  • Reduced reliance on emergency departments, hospitals and other institutional levels of care.

Available Positions:

Clinicians - LPHA-qualified staff possessing LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, and/or LADAC-1 licensure in Massachusetts who uses a trauma-informed lens to outreach ACCS-enrolled clients and perform clinical needs assessments, mental status and risk documentation, and write treatment plans in a Person-Centered model. Triage and crisis intervention skills required. Experience implementing evidence-based practices and assisting unlicensed staff with clinical approach to client support.

Nurses - ACCS Nurses provide support to clients in DMH ACCS program who reside in Group Living Environments and the community who live with serious, persistent mental illness diagnoses. Nurse is consultant for MAP certified staff, conducts assessments, and assists with development of treatment plans to include health and wellness goals. ACCS Nurse coordinates care with providers and facilities to assist clients to transition between levels of care for medical and psychiatric needs.

Recovery Bridger – Recovery Bridgers provide direct care, rehabilitation, support, supervision, housing, and recovery services to adults diagnosed with mental illness from a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective. Recovery Bridger works with clients in their preferred environments and in the community to support client recovery goals. Varied shifts. Bachelor's level or equivalent experience.

All ACCS staff must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence and submit a copy of satisfactory record of driving from the state of residence of registry of motor vehicles; must complete MA and ADP Criminal Offense Record Information (CORI) process; Must have computer literacy as related to the requirements of the position.
