Description of Position

The Community Support Program (CSP) is now hiring for a Supervisor position. The Community Support Program provides short-term outreach case management services to adults with psychiatric and/or substance use diagnoses. Supervisors oversee, manage and provide ongoing consultation to supervisees and their assigned cases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with hiring, orientation and training of staff in all CSP offices
  • Ensure delegation and completion of daily assignments
  • Provide ongoing supervision to CSP case managers
  • Monitor quality management, productivity and performance standards
  • Triage crisis situations and assist in enacting crisis interventions
  • Complete documentation in a timely fashion, including incident reporting
  • Represent CCBC at various meetings and/or committees
  • Develop and manage existing and new affiliations with hospitals and other inpatient facilities, including oversight of assigned CSP staff
  • Other duties as defined by agency, program director and/or lead supervisor

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of case management experience is required (2 years preferred). Candidates must have excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Core-Competencies as identified by the employee's assigned department; must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence and submit a copy of satisfactory record of driving from the state of residence of registry of motor vehicles, as determined by the department vice president; must complete MA and ADP Criminal Offense Record Information (CORI) process; and must have computer literacy as related to the requirements of the position.
