Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision regarding admission, assessment and treatment of clients
  • Oversee the daily programmatic and administrative functioning of the program; organize daily program activities
  • Participate in the agency’s Management Team, engage in problem-solving and provide ongoing development of policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular individual and group supervision as well as regular staff meetings for staff
  • Serve as liaison between program and community resources
  • Provide in-service training in relevant program topics
  • Provide direct service including individual and group therapy as needed
  • Assess the effectiveness of the program through periodic evaluation of services and staff
  • Participate in the marketing and information dissemination of the service
  • Assist the management team in maintaining the standards for the licensure of the program
