Description of Position

CCBC is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to support adults seen through CCBC outpatient services and CCBC mobile crisis services. The Recovery Coach works as part of multi-disciplinary team to offer comprehensive services and supports to meet the individual’s needs. The role includes providing support to peers over the phone, through in-person appointments and through virtual appointments.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Build rapport with clients in or thinking about recovery
  • Engage clients to develop wellness plans and relapse prevention plans
  • Provide information on community, wellness and recovery resources that meet the member’s needs.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, staff meetings, staff development and training curriculum
  • Accompany members to provider appointments and meetings to enhance the recovery experience (AA, Faith Based, etc.) using personal vehicle for transportation.
  • Collaborate with established natural supports and community providers.
