Description of Position

Pathways is a community-based psychiatric recovery program providing a therapeutic alternative for adults and elders experiencing persistent mental illness or acute crisis. Pathways helps clients through our Day Treatment and Partial Hospitalization programs. The Day Treatment program offers active, structured group therapy, and a therapeutic milieu designed to treat individuals experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. The Partial Hospitalization Program provides intensive, structured, comprehensive therapy for individuals who would benefit from skilled outpatient intervention in lieu of inpatient treatment.

We are seeking clinicians that are licensed, or on track to obtain licensure, to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, case coordination, crisis intervention, and aftercare planning. Our trauma-informed clinicians lead therapeutic groups and educate and assist clients in development and utilization of coping skills.

As a Day Treatment and PHP clinician at CCBC, you will receive unparalleled support and growth opportunities. Our clinicians receive licensed supervision, opportunities to advance their careers, and earn generous vacation time.
