The Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a multi-disciplinary team which provides the treatment, rehabilitation and support services needed to enable adults with severe and persistent mental illness to engage in an individual process of recovery.

The team consists of a 20 hour psychiatrist, a LICSW team leader, a Master's level lead clinician, a lead RN, two staff RNs, two vocational specialists, two addiction specialists, a housing specialist, a case manager, and a program assistant. This self-contained team organizes and provides all services in partnership with the participant.

PACT is a closed referral program, with the Department of Mental Health and Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) being the only referring sources.
