Description of Position

Community behavioral health clinic seeks Recovery Support Navigator to coordinate care and support clinical services within our outpatient program in Taunton and Brockton. The position entails coordinating care and providing support to clients enrolled in the expanded outpatient services, including facilitating access to recovery resources, detox and other more intensive treatment options, medical care, peer supports, and other community resources, both office based and in the community.

Requirements

Applicants for the job should have lived experience as a person in recovery with at least two years of sustained recovery. A degree in human services, experience working with adults with mental illness, and/or certification as a WRAP trainer preferable. Strong communication and organizational skills as well as valid driver’s license required.
