Description of Position

CCBC is actively recruiting for a Project Manager EHR Operations to play a key role in optimizing EHR solutions that enable CCBC to incorporate new clinical programs onto an electronic platform in order to improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, increase efficiency and support ACO initiatives.

The Project Manager will collaborate with practice stakeholders along with the multi-disciplinary teams to identify, develop, and support team managers in implementing system and workflow changes including EHR solutions and operational workflows. Additionally, this role will facilitate the collection of practice-generated data that can be used for population-based analytics and managing operational goals.

Requirements

Ideal candidates must have expert-level knowledge of eHana, have a strong understanding of practice workflow, and have a working knowledge of Power BI and other business analytics tools. The Project Manger must thrive in a fast-paced environment, respond well to change, and be a strong verbal and written communicator.
