Description of Position

Community Counseling of Bristol County is currently seeking a full-time clinician to provide trauma informed, strength based, intensive family therapy for their In-Home Therapy (IHT) program. IHT serves children, ages birth to 21, who are experiencing social, emotional and behavioral health challenges. Services are designed to enhance communication, functioning, and regulation for the individual and family, while providing the skills and support necessary to prevent the need for out-of-home placement. This is a 40 hour a week position with a flexible schedule. Some evening hours are required, weekends available if interested. The program provides weekly reflective individual supervision and group supervision. Training is provided in early childhood mental health, family therapy, and evidence based practice models, such as ARC and CPP. Clinicians have access to an extensive virtual training library, which assists in meeting CEU licensure requirements.

Competitive salary and benefits. Manageable productivity requirements with incentive program provide the ability to earn over base salary on a monthly basis. Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. I.A.

Experience working with children and family therapy preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and possess good organizational, communication and computer skills.
