Description of Position

Provide administrative and clinical oversight to CCBC's Elder Mobile Outreach Team (EMOT). This position leads a team of professionals who support elders in the community with clinical, nursing, and peer support to help them remain safely in the community.

Requirements

Position requires a Master's degree and a license in social work or counseling and experience as a supervisor.
