Description of Position

Seeking FT RN for split position serving elders in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and outreach on an Elder Mobile Outreach Team (EMOT) in the Taunton area. For the PHP component, work as member of a multidisciplinary team providing group therapy, health education, care management and crisis intervention. For the outreach component, provide in-house assessment, care planning and support to elders requiring home based services. Excellent training opportunity as well as quality supervision, and dynamic collegial support. Will consider splitting the two components into two half time positions.

Requirements

Requires RN certification in Massachusetts as well as experience with the elderly and/or the adult psychiatric population.
