Description of Position

Seeking Full-Time RN for Nurse Manager Position in Crisis Stabilization Service (CSS) in Southeastern Massachusetts. This 8-bed unit provides up to five days of support to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, but not requiring inpatient level of care. The unit is voluntary, unlocked and has a no restraint policy. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the unit, including staff hiring, scheduling, supervision, screening referrals, processing admissions and discharges, and working in concert with the Emergency Services Program and the consulting medical team.


Massachusetts licensure. A background in nursing leadership and experience with the adult psychiatric population preferred.
