Description of Position

CCBC Children’s Outpatient Program is seeking a full-time LICSW to provide clinical supervision to staff and clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families. Candidate will be a part of a strong outpatient management team and will report directly to the Vice-President of Outpatient Services.

CCBC is committed to providing regular individual and group supervision, along with training in evidence based practice models, including ARC, Trauma Focused CBT and Crisis / Suicide Prevention. Clinicians have access to an extensive virtual training library, which assists in meeting CEU licensure requirements. MSW and licensed as an LICSW by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Five or more years of post-Masters experience, at least two of which involve supervisory experience. The candidate must possess good organizational skills, as well as effective verbal, written and computer skills.
