Description of Position

Join Community Counseling of Bristol County in launching our historic CBHC program! We are seeking RNs and LPNs interested in providing a compassionate and full continuum of care to clients in the community under the umbrella of the CBHC. We envision a multidisciplinary team of professionals addressing the social, emotional, psychiatric, and medical needs of the clients we serve, including clients across the lifespan with a variety of presentations, including mental health and substance use concerns.

Responsibilities Include:

The LPN will provide medical support to the daily operations of the CBHC, under the supervision of an RN. These tasks may include:

  • Taking vital signs and administering CIWA, COWS, and other applicable screening forms as appropriate
  • Coordinating medical care
  • Reconciling medication and completing prior authorizations
  • Providing psychoeduation around health and wellness

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid license as a licensed practical nurse by the MA Board of Registration in nursing
