Description of Position

This person will be responsible for the timely review and submission of professional and institutional behavioral health claims to third party insurances.

Functions and duties include: Benefit verification; review/submission of billing for behavioral health providers in a community mental health center setting; Investigate and correct rejections for all providers; reconciliation of claim denials to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided.


Must have the ability to multi-task and work within a team, as well as independently. Experience with 837/835 files a plus.
