Description of Position

Seeking an administrative assistant to perform secretarial duties for multiple court ordered services including Massachusetts Impaired Driver and others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison to Court Ordered Services Program; maintain all paper and electronic charts; provide monthly reports to Probation Officers; complete releases of information documentation; coordinate, monitor and schedule intakes and group counseling visits; complete billing of all group activities and work with state billing and registrations programs. Work with CCBC Third Party Billing to verify insurance and other billed duties as assigned. Assist Medical Records department with releases as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid products.

Candidates must have ability to multitask and work well both independently and with a team. Excellent internal and external customer service skills required, demonstrating courtesy and a high degree of tact and judgement. Demonstrates consistent flexibility and adaptability. Adheres to HIPAA regulations.
