Intensive Care Coordinator

Community Counseling of Bristol County is accepting resumes for Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) Positions. ICC's provide care coordination to families with children with severe emotional disturbances utilizing the wraparound care planning process. Support functions will include providing leadership and assistance in the identification of the youth's individual treatment, needs and the implementation individualized treatment plans.

Will be responsible for direct involvement with families, incorporating family voice and choice in all levels of planning. Substantial experience with direct care in the provision of mental health services for children is required. Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
