Team Leaders for Recovery Partnership Teams

(5 in Taunton, 4 in Attleboro)
Seeking full-time, Masters level team leaders for new mental health service type. Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) is a Department of Mental Health funded service code providing a range of rehabilitation, support, supervision, housing, and recovery services to mentally ill adults in a variety of community settings. Work under direction of CBFS Program Director/Assistant Directors and in coordination with 3-4 other program Team Leaders. Duties include:
  • Supervision of 8-12 staff
  • Participate in hiring of staff
  • Orientation of staff
  • Training of staff
  • Provide range of CBFS services
  • Oversee the admission, treatment planning (Individiual Action Plans), and service delivery for approximately 30 program clients
  • Convene and facilitate daily organizational meetings
  • Ensure delegation and completion of daily assignments
  • Oversee weekly staff meetings and group supervision
  • Triage crisis situations; enact crisis interventions
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant human service experience particularly with the adult mentally ill population and supervisory experience. Must possess good organizational skills, effective written, verbal, and computer skills as well as a progressive recovery orientation.
