CBFS Mental Health Counselor / Recovery Partnership Counselor

Seeking full-time mental health professionals / direct care staff for new mental health service code. Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) is a DMH funded service providing a range of rehabilitation, support, supervision, housing, and recovery services for adults with mental illness in a variety of community settings. These positions, referred to as "Recovery Partnership Counselors" are available in both our Taunton and Attleboro sites. The position requires a bachelor's degree or relevant human services experience. Duties include:
  • Provide range of CBFS program services working on a "mini-team" with other mental health professionals to approximately 30 program clients
  • Ensure enactment of each clients Individual Action Plan (IAP)
  • Participate in daily organizational meeting, IAP review meetings, team meetings and group supervision
  • Complete documentation utilizing standardized documents in electronic medical record
Experience with adult mentally ill/co-occurring addictions population preferred. Must possess good organizational skills and effective written, verbal, and computer skills as well as familiarity with recovery and rehabilitation principles.
