CBFS LICSW / LCSW / LMHC

Seeking full time LICSW / LCSW / LMHC to conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning in community based program for mentally ill adults in the Taunton/Attleboro service area. Must be willing and able to supervise licensed or license eligible staff and/or interns with similar job descriptions. Community Based Flexible Supports provides rehabilitation, support, supervision, housing and recovery services to adults with mental illness who reside in a variety of community based settings, including independent living. Must be licensed in Massachusetts. Summary of duties include:
  • Processing referrals to program for screening and enrollment into program
  • Conduct and complete assessments utilizing standardized documents
  • Develop and write Individual Action Plans (IAP)
  • Present assessments to program teams
  • Assist staff in triaging crisis situations
  • Participate in the orientation and training of program staff
  • Supervision of other clinicians as necessary
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Must possess good organizational skills and effective written, verbal, and computer skills as well as a progressive recovery orientation.
